How we handle information

When you submit the contact form, we process the information you provide, such as your name, company, email, phone number and project details. We use this information to process and respond to the enquiry.

The form is delivered through Resend, so information may be processed by that provider as part of email delivery.

Google Analytics does not load until you actively choose to allow analytics. If you decline, the Google Analytics code is not loaded.

When analytics is allowed, we use website-usage data to understand which pages and journeys are useful. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in the website analytics configuration.

The website is hosted on Vercel and media is delivered through Cloudflare R2. As with normal web hosting, these providers may process technical request and security data required to deliver and protect their services.

We do not sell personal information. Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is needed for follow-up, a customer relationship or relevant obligations.

You can use the contact form if you want to ask what information we hold about you or request correction or deletion where applicable. You can change your Google Analytics choice on this page at any time.
